Fall Fun

We got back home Saturday evening. We had so much fun, but it's always so nice to be home after a trip. It was a much needed trip as the entire month of November is going to be insane for us. We have a final walkthrough for our home on the 15th and then we get the keys a few days later! We went there on Saturday as soon as we were back in town, it's looking so good! Can't wait to move in. In the meanwhile we have to start packing and doing all the last minute things that are necessary when buying and building a home. On top of that we have so many projects planned for our new home that we have to start working on.

North Carolina Day Four

Yesterday we took a drive to some nearby mountains to see some more fall foliage. It was such a beautiful drive! We also enjoyed hiking on the beautiful trails. Below are some iPhone snaps from our day.

North Carolina Day Three

We decided to drive over to Lake Norman, it's such a pretty Lake! Jordan and Alex had a blast skipping rocks in the lake. We finished up the day with some subs at JD Rockets, if you're ever in the Charlotte area I highly recommend going there. As a side note, sorry the pictures are all out of order. I have been blogging from a blogger app on my phone, and it just picks a random order for the pictures. It's driving me crazy.

We are having so much fun on our trip. Being from FL we don't get to see much in the way of changing seasons. So we are amazed by the beauty of fall in North Carolina. Below are a few snaps from my iPhone from our second day of the trip.
